I took my GMAT on 26th of April’ 2011 and managed to get a score of 710 (50 in quant and 35 in English) with a 5.0/6 in Essays. I attended the five and half week course in jamboree which helped me a lot with my preparation. The faculty there is awesome and very supportive when it comes to extra time and guidance that a student may require. They were very prompt in replying to all my queries on emails. I even got an overwhelming support from their administrative team and other support staff. The Library and mock test centre in Jamboree was really nice and I fully utilized it. Those mock tests helped me a lot with my pace and timings during the actual test. Finally, I would like to thank Jamboree as I owe a great part of my success to it and wish them luck for future. The first thing that flashes past my mind when I think of Jamboree is its extremely courteous and continuously motivating faculty. To take the GMAT is to correctly balance the time spent in "work and play" with that spent in preparing for the test; Jamboree helped me do just that. With every class devoted to solving questions it was impossible to not finish the homework assigned to us in the previous week. The thought of sitting quietly in class when others got their doubts cleared almost always forced me to study regularly for the GMAT, which is quite crucial for success. Jamboree provided me with an exhaustive list of practice questions compiled from various sources, which helped me clear up and strengthen my basics. The faculty also helped dispel many myths about the GMAT and shared effective test taking strategies that I found myself applying in not only the mock tests that I took but also on the D-Day.
