Universities in the US have started to accept both GRE and GMAT for their management programs. Students should write a mock test to see which of these two exams is better suited to get the best score possible. It is one of the various criteria that the admissions committee looks at. However, a good GRE score does improve your chances of getting admission and financial aid.

Almost all the universities take the best score. If you have taken the GRE multiple times, you can choose the score that you want to send to the university.
Cancellation
After the GRE exam, you will see your scores. You will be given the option to cancel the score. Cancelled scores will not appear on your score report.
Universities will not know that you had cancelled a score earlier.
Reinstatement
Cancelled scores can be reinstated within 60 days by paying a fee of USD 50. If you take the GRE and don’t get a good score, you can cancel the score and retake the exam after 21 days. If this second score is lower than the previous one that you had cancelled, you can reinstate the previous one.
Anyone can take the GRE. ETS has specified no age limit or minimum qualification to take the GRE. In total honesty, there will be a range of eligibility criteria set by the universities that accept GRE scores.
The GRE exam fee in India is $220.
It varies from student to student. In our experience, it takes anywhere from 2 months to 6 months to prepare for the GRE exam.
