The full time MBA at Chicago Booth begins with LEAD, a hands-on, experiential program designed to build negotiation, team building, communication and other relevant skills. Students are required to choose one course each from three foundation areas of: financial accounting, microeconomics and statistics. They are also required to choose one course each from 7 out of 8 functions: finance, operations, marketing, strategy, decisions, people, economy and society. Further, you can choose 10 electives to focus on specific areas of interest.

Chicago Booth accepts full time MBA application in 3 rounds. Round 1 is normally in September and you get a decision by early December. Round 2 is in January and you get a decision by March third week. Round 3 is in April and you get a decision in May.

What is the application process of Chicago Booth?
Candidates are required to apply online. Two essays need to be answered along with one optional topic. You will also need to submit your resume, two LORs, academic transcripts, GMAT or GRE scores, TOEFL or IELTS scores and application fee of $250. Once you submit the above documents, your application will be evaluated carefully by the admissions committee and you may receive an interview offer in the form of an email with instructions on how to schedule your MBA interview.
