Before you get too excited, know that these universities still have English language proficiency criteria but that doesn’t require you to take IELTS or TOEFL. Their criteria can be an English Language Program or an Academic English class along with your regular classes or something as simple as a letter stating that English was the language of instruction in your previous university that is an English Language Proficiency Waiver Letter. The requirement really varies from university to university.
