Amit is the program lead for admissions for the PGP in Management at Indian School of Business and leads the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions. He has over 16 years of experience across sales, marketing, and admissions in the education sector in India. In his earlier stints, he has led international recruitment for universities across the African and South Asian geographies, worked with accreditation agencies, developed business plans and marketing roadmaps for a greenfield university, and led sales teams for an e-learning startup in K12 across geographies. Amit has completed his PGPM from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM C) and electrical engineering from NIT Kurukshetra.

Hemant Das

Darden School of Business, University of Virginia

Hemant leads initiatives for Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia in India and the region. He is a key liaison for Darden to alumni, corporate partners, current/prospective students, and business & educational institutions in the region. Prior to supporting Darden's efforts in India and the region, Hemant was working in the Executive Education space and was responsible for a portfolio of executive education programs run in collaboration with global business schools in the U.S and Europe. Hemant has experience in different sectors like Higher Education, Executive Education, Start-ups, Online Travel, Logistics, Gaming and Ecommerce in India and the UK. Hemant holds an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Nilesh has been the Country Manager – India region at the EDHEC Business School for the past 11 years. His primary responsibility is to develop the India market for EDHEC. Nilesh oversees admissions, international corporate relations, student mobility, and alumni association for EDHEC in India. Nilesh is also a columnist, and writes about Education and HR.

He has studied his double bachelors in Italy & Shanghai, and Tech Leader Fellowship from India & the US. Viveka Gidwani is an entrepreneur and a brand strategist with over a decade of experience across building ventures ground up, marketing, and driving digital growth. She holds an MBA with a specialisation in luxury brand management from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

She is the founder of BLCKBVRD, a boutique digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through strategic insights, creative thinking and data-driven solutions.
Viveka is also the co-founder of Esse Kiro, a research-led company developing innovative B2B and B2C food products and nutraceuticals.

She brings practical experience in launching ventures, shaping go-to-market strategies, and building brand and marketing ecosystems from concept to execution. Whether working on a new venture or scaling a brand, Viveka focuses on execution that’s authentic, practical, and grounded in the realities of both the business and its audience.
