FAQ

Dear Students and Parents,

At Jamboree Education, we are committed to our students as they prepare to excel in their exams. In the wake of coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown, we suspended all physical classes at our 37 centers across India and moved more than 4000 students to take online classes from their own faculty. Our faculties, tech team and ops team have been working non-stop to help access online classes at the comfort of your home and keep your exam preparation on track.

We have addressed common queries of our students here. Please refer to the FAQs below:

  1. As a current Jamboree student what options do I have to continue my preparation?

You can continue with your preparation by leveraging our:

    1. Online Live Classes

Verbal: The classes will be taught by your batch faculties in the normal class timings. The links will be shared with you on your registered email-id. Please contact your Center Manager in case you have not got this.

Maths: The classes will be conducted topic wise and will be taught by a group of faculties for students all over India. You can join the topic which you want to attend. The batch schedule will be made available to you beforehand through e-mail or Whatsapp.

  2. How are Live Classes different from regular classes?

Live classes follow the same format for each topic as our regular classroom sessions. Like classroom sessions, you can get your doubts clarified during the session.

  3. Who will take the Live Classes?

Our expert faculty team members will take these sessions. Some of them will be the faculties who teach you in your classes and some will be other expert faculties.

  4. What if I am unable to join a session due to other commitments?

Verbal: You can attend the session in future batches which your faculty will teach. The recordings will be also available with your faculty.

Maths: Missed session (if any) can be attended in the next repetition of topic. The recordings will be also available on the GMAT/GRE/SAT portals.

  5. How can I get my doubts addressed?

Please connect with your Center Manager or Faculty to schedule one-on-one doubt clearing sessions.

  6. What are the system requirements to attend Live Classes?

You just need a computer/laptop with an internet connection. We will use two service providers for lecture delivery – Adobe Connect and WizIQ. The system requirement details for both are available in the portal links.

  7. Can I access live sessions on my Mobile/Tab?

Yes. The platform is compatible with mobile as well as tablets. However, we suggest that you use a computer/laptop/tablet for Math classes.

  8. Who can I contact if I have queries related to classes or doubts?

For any issue, please connect with your Center Manager. Alternatively, drop a mail at online@jamboreeindia.com

  9. When will we resume the classroom sessions?

We are actively tracking the situation as it evolves. We plan to resume the classroom sessions once the situation returns to normal. We will keep you posted on this.

Please mail us at online@jamboreeindia.com in case you have any other query and we will revert shortly.
