No surprise that Australia is ranked 3rd in top study abroad destinations. Australia has duly earned its popularity among international students for its network of world-leading universities and an incomparable range of widely recognized programs.

Close to a million international students study in Australia in programs that are widely recognized. Out of a total of 43 Australian universities, 36 were featured in the recently released QS World University Rankings 2021, five of which feature in the world’s top 50.

Australia Offers Great Post-Study Opportunities:

Another reason why Australia is a popular study destination is its post-study opportunities. The country offers some of the highest graduate salaries in the world. Australian economy also outperforms in the global ranking, with an unemployment rate of 5%, which is exceptionally low. Metropolitan cities like Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney, are loaded with graduate-level job opportunities.

Planning to Study in Australia?

There are several reasons for which you should choose Australia as your study destination. Talk to Jamboree’s consultants and learn about the benefits, admission process, cost of studying in Australia, and more.

Here’s why you should choose AUSTRALIA as your study destination:

You can start by choosing the course and university you wish to study in Australia. Check for the academic and English language entry requirements and make a note of important deadlines.

If you meet the entry requirements of the course, you can easily download the application form from the official website and get the details of the documentation you need to provide.

The university may take a few weeks (or more, in the case of postgraduate applications) to process your submitted application. If your application is accepted, you get an offer letter along with an acceptance form.

Before accepting the offer read the conditions of the offer letter carefully. You are further required to meet the conditions, pay tuition fees (for specific programs) post which you receive your Confirmation of Enrolment.

Now you can apply for a student visa, organise your insurance, accommodation and prepare for departure.

Admission requirements in Australia differ from university to university. Here is a standard list of requirements to study in Australia:

  • Proof of English language proficiency
  • The overseas equivalent of Australian Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (12 years).
  • For postgraduate program – At least one degree at the undergraduate level.
  • Details of your previous academic qualifications and transcripts
  • Some universities look for applicant’s research capabilities and/or summary

Tuition fees for bachelor’s and master’s programs can cost you anywhere between $13,000-$ 32,000.

A diploma or certification course from any of the above-mentioned cheapest universities in Australia can cost you around $1500-$2800
