The PGP YL is a 20-month, full-time, residential management programme based at ISB’s Hyderabad campus. It’s equivalent to an MBA and caters to high-potential fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience. This programme blends analytical foundations, leadership development, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making to equip students for the complex business environments of the future.
ISB PGP YL Eligibility:
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Valid GMAT, GRE (test centre-based), or CAT scores
0-24 months of work experience by June 15 of the year you intend to join
TOEFL/IELTS is required if your medium of instruction was not English
PGPpro is an 18-month learning experience for working professionals and entrepreneurs. It helps them arrive at deep strategic and leadership insights that empower them to become global leaders. In terms of content and rigour, ISB’s PGPpro is equivalent to an Executive MBA, but Indian regulations do not allow independent institutions such as ISB to grant a Master’s degree. Students will, however, receive a certificate of completion of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Professionals.

ISB PGPMAX Eligibility:
Executives and business owners with 10+ years of work experience
Your ISB application form has six important sections apart from the personal details and statement of integrity/ declaration sections. These are:
Academics: Mention your X, XII, graduation, post-graduation (if any), additional certifications in this section, etc. in this section.
Work Experience: Mention your top job responsibilities, initiatives, and achievements (if applicable)
Awards & Activities: Arrange your awards, achievements, and hobbies in the order of importance, and mention them in the awards, activities and hobbies sections.
Test Score: Provide a valid GMAT, GRE or CAT score (only valid for PGP YL). GMAT and GRE scores are valid for five years from the date you take the test. You must take the test before submitting your application. The scores you report must be valid as of the deadline date of the round in which you apply.
Essay: Reflect on your experiences and let your thoughts flow. Focus on uniqueness and leadership. Mind the word limit.
Recommendation: You must provide details of one recommender who can be your reporting manager/ previous manager/ senior colleague/ current client/ previous client/ business partner/ supplier/ auditor, etc. Our advice? Go by the quality of the evaluation rather than the seniority of the designation.
