DISCLAIMER

• MOBILES must be on SILENT in the classroom, library or computer room.
• SMOKING is NOTALLOWED on the premises.
• Goods and Services Tax (GST) at current applicable rates is levied on all fees.
• Testimonials and Photographs collected from you may be used for publishing/printing on websites and marketing collaterals.
• Transfers between centerswill be only on the discretion of the two centermanagers. Without their consent, you will limit yourself to the center in which you have enrolled.
• Transferbetween batches is at the sole discretion of the management.In case of change of batches/centers, you will have to purchase any newer version of books used in the batch/center moved into.
• Fees paid for a product cannot be transferred to another product.
• Within the validity period, you can repeat a batch subject to availability of seat and management approval. Management holds the complete authority to deny anyone from repeating a batch without assigning a reason. The faculty is subject to change between two batches.
• We are closed on all gazetted holidays. However, due to unforeseen problems we may be forced to change the timings without notice.
• FEES ONCE PAID IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
• All batch dates, timings, faculty and fees are subject to change.
• Rights of admission are reserved.
• No installment scheme is allowed.
• Jamboree reserves the right to bar the students from using any service from Jamboree with immediate effect if the student is found to indulge in any of the below activity:
  1. Physically or verbally abusing any Jamboree employee or student.
  2. Making any romantic/ sexual advances towards a Jamboree employee.
  3. Offering bribe to any Jamboree employee.
  4. Stealing or misusing any Jamboree property.
  5. Unauthorized use of Jamboree study material or intellectual property

COMPUTER ROOM/LIBRARY RULES

• Computer time and library facilities will only be against bookings. Double slots on the same day will not be issued.
• Library and computer rooms are NO-TALKING zones.
• Library Books cannot be taken out of the premises or Xeroxed. On taking books outside the premises, for however small the time, your access to the library can be barred.
• Longer slots of 3 hours each will only be given 10 days before your scheduled test date.
• Provision has been made for an always-on Internet connection. However, we are not responsible for our ISPserver down-time or any other problem which leads to disruption of Internet access.
• Computer lab may, from time to time, be closed for repair and maintenance purposes.

TEACHING/FACULTY

• Doubt clearing with faculty is subject to availability of the faculty and will be only against appointments. Please make sure you book your slot with the center manager or through the portal. Each slot is for 30 min. More than one slot a day will not be given.
• TOEFL/IELTS schedule is subject to change on a weekly basis.
• Due to illness/ unforeseen reasons the faculty may not be available despite bookings.
• The batch duration is as committed at the time of enrolment. However, if we cancel any class it will be compensated for by an extra class at a time mutually convenient to the students and faculty

I agree to get communication from Jamboree�s partners on value added services like Education loan, Forex, Travel, International Student�s Credit cards, Sim cards etc

This disclaimer overrides any verbal statements by any staff members of Jamboree.
