The College Board conducts and manages the SAT exam all over the world. It founded the India Global Higher Education Alliance in 2018 with an aim to provide a platform for achieving three primary goals:

These universities join thousands of institutions of higher education around the world who trust the SAT because research shows it to be a standardized reliable predictor of university success. For students, applying to college becomes simpler as one test makes them eligible to apply to multiple Indian universities.
The alliance also aims to provide low-income, high-achieving students with access to world-class education through:

- College Board India Scholars Program (100% Free Tuition)
- College Board India Scholars Program (One-time Scholarship)
Student would need this SAT fee reduction voucher code to register for the SAT test on College Board's SAT registration website.
The College Board India Scholars Program will recognize academically talented students in India and create pathways into higher education for talented low-income students who otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford a high quality UG education.
