TOEFL is typically taken by non-native English speakers applying to worldwide colleges where English is the predominant language of communication. TOEFL Test Registration
The TOEFL exam is available throughout the year, although exam dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You can select the test day and location based on your preference. There are also other ways to register for the test. The three TOEFL registration options are as follows:
- Register Online: This is the most common and convenient method of registering. Registration is available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Seats must be reserved at least seven days before the exam date.

- Register by Mail: Those who are unable to register via the previous ways may register by mail instead. TOEFL (iBT/PBT) registration is $185 (INR 13,752). For Indian applicants, a valid passport is required at the time of TOEFL Registration.
TOEFL Registration Dates
The standard TOEFL iBT exam is administered on a computer at an ETS-approved test center. There are over 3,000 TOEFL test centers worldwide, and you may find one near you by visiting the official TOEFL iBT website.
The TOEFL iBT Home Edition exam is administered on a computer at home. Test appointments are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In some countries, the TOEFL iBT Paper Edition is also accessible.

How is the TOEFL iBT exam graded?

Your authentic exam results will be accessible to you about 6 days after you take the test and will be valid for 2 years.
