IELTS tests are generally conducted on weekends. IELTS exam dates for its Speaking test are not the same as its other 3 sections, that is, three of the four sections of IELTS – listening, reading, and writing are held on the same day. While the speaking section can be conducted on the same day or within the next 7-10 days depending on the availability of the slots. IELTS exam fee of INR 14,700 is also inclusive of IELTS Speaking test charges and students are not required to pay any additional amount for the same.
The IELTS speaking test takes about 11-14 minutes. This section of the test is a face-to-face interview. The interview is structured more like a conversation between the examiner and the test taker. It allows you to talk to the examiner naturally on a familiar topic.
