Typically, you will receive 5-6 days’ notice before your ISB interview. The interview round is heavily focused on your ISB Application and is known for utilizing its alumni network and admissions team to conduct admissions interviews. You will likely be interviewed by a panel of two to three ISB senior alumni and admissions team members, who may have similar profiles to your own. The ISB interview panel plays a key role in evaluating how well you fit into the ISB community and how ISB fits your goals. A typical ISB interview process is expected to take about two hours. Importantly, candidates must bring their own laptop or tablet for the essay portion.
