Australia Awards:
- This scholarship aims to provide students, from developing countries, an opportunity to pursue undergraduate & postgraduate programs at several universities in Australia & TAFE institutions.
- The program brings together scholarships offered by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DAFT), The Department of Education & the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR).
- The scholarship program covers complete tuition fees, airfare, living expenses, overseas student health cover (OSHC), and other allied expenses for two years.
- Applications for this scholarship open in the month of February & continue till April, every year.
- Eligibility criteria
- Citizens & residents of a participating country
- Age above 18 years
- Proficiency in the English language, with a recent score of IELTS or TOEFL exam
- Students must return to India upon completion of the course.

Destination Australia:

- This Australian government’s new mobility program aims to encourage international students to study in regional Australia.
- Over 1000 scholarships are offered each year to students studying at regional campus locations for Certification IV level and above.
- This scholarship program offers funding up to $15,000. Funding is available for each year depending on the course and can go up to the duration of 4 years.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- The student must opt for a full-time course
- Minimum 75% in the previous level of education
- Valid Australian student visa
Australian Government Research Training Program (AGRTP):

- This scholarship program is initiated to support Research Doctorate & Research Master’s degree.
- Supported by the Australian government, it covers tuition fees, health insurance & other study-related expenses.
- Research Masters scholarship is valid for two years, while the Research Doctorate scholarship is valid for a minimum of three years and a maximum of 4 years.
- Recipients will be awarded $28,586 per annum and maximum financial support of $43,882.
- Applications for this scholarship can be made directly to the participating university.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Enrolment in an Australian university in an accredited HDR course
- Proficiency in the English language, with a recent score of ILETS or TOEFL exam

- In partnership with Australian education & research institutions, this scholarship program is open to high-achieving female researchers from APEC economies for research opportunities.
- This program provides financial support for high-achieving female researchers (technology, science, engineering & mathematics).
